Last Updated: July 1, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Swvle.

Swvle provides an AI-powered conversation and engagement platform that enables organizations to create branded conversational experiences for their customers, fans, visitors, members, and communities.

Our goal is simple: to explain what information we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you. We believe privacy policies should be easy to understand, not just legally compliant.

This Privacy Policy applies whether you are:

  • Visiting the Swvle website
  • Using a Swvle-powered AI experience
  • Creating a Swvle account
  • Managing an organization using the Swvle platform

End users may:

  • Interact anonymously
  • Create a personal Swvle account
  • Use the same Swvle account across multiple participating organizations
