By creating an account and using Swvle, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including workspace owners, admins, and members.
What you can do:
- Create and manage workspaces for your organization
- Build and publish pages, widgets, and documents
- Collaborate with team members
- Use all features included in your plan
- Export your content at any time
What you can't do:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or spam
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Scrape or reverse engineer the platform
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Please choose a strong password and don't share it with others. You're responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately.
Ownership
You own all content you create and upload to Swvle. We don't claim ownership of your work. When you share content publicly, you grant us permission to display and distribute it as needed to provide our services.
Responsibility
You're responsible for your content and ensuring you have the necessary rights to share it. We're not responsible for any content posted by users.
Workspace owners have full control over their workspace, including managing members, content, and settings. Owners are responsible for their workspace's compliance with these terms.
Members must respect workspace rules and permissions set by owners and administrators.
Some features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds may be provided at our discretion for unused service periods.
We may change pricing with advance notice. Price changes won't affect your current billing period.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We strive to keep Swvle available 24/7, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect availability.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful activities.
Upon termination, you'll lose access to your account and content. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Swvle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or always available. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
